FAQ'S / SHIPPING
Return Policy:
All sales are final.
Check and double check the listing for color, size, flaws, fabric, etc. Most vintage items on STRESSED are in great condition, but may show natural signs of wear-and-tear. Obvious flaws will be noted. That being said, please reach out ASAP if you have any trouble with your order. We do our best to make things right, but contact needs to be made within a week of your order being received.
In the event that a return or cancellation is granted, it must be shipped back within a week of approval and return will not include shipping, return shipping or fees charged by the payment platform (unless it is a major missed flaw or damage on our end). PayPal + Shopify both charge non-refundable fees. This cost is lost unfortunately, so please be sure you read the listing and measurements to make sure you are truly committed before purchasing. Shipping:
*Please note if your package gets lost in transit, we can help track and/or refund the order. Once your package is marked "delivered", we cannot refund or replace the order. Please be aware of your tracking email you will receive and be mindful of when your carrier arrives. You will be responsible for stolen packages and will need to contact the carrier on your own after delivery.
Your package will ship within 2-5 business days. Expect to receive your package in 2-9 business days within the US and 7-14 days within the rest of North America. You will receive an email with tracking information. Please feel free to email with any questions.
International Orders - You can choose to ship to Mexico, Canada, Japan, China and all of Europe + South America when you check out currently. If you don't see your country at check-out, send us an email at shopstressed@gmail.com and we'll quote you a price.
Please NOTE: Shipping internationally is very expensive, so apologies for large shipping rates on international orders. We usually end up paying even more than the standard shipping costs.
Combining Orders:
If you have placed multiple orders in a row, and would like to combine them, shoot us an email! We'll refund you for duplicated shipping. Happy to save you the shipping costs and the earth the added waste.
Furniture Shipment via U-Ship:
Furniture has always been an exciting goal, but shipment has been intimidating. With U-Ship, smaller companies and individuals can ship larger packages with an Uber-like fulfillment process. Because we won't know shipment cost until we create a listing with a specific address, STRESSED will have an option at checkout for us to email you with a shipment quote. If you're in the midwest or South this will likely be around $300 (not guaranteed) and East coast is slightly higher, West coast being the highest option. Will likely not exceed $500, but please email if you would like a quote before purchase. Shipments only within United States.
Lead times will vary. Once we receive and confirm a shipping quote through U-ship are usually fulfilled within 3 days and expect to receive within 2 weeks. Expect communication via email provided at checkout. Local pickup is free.
